Full Description

AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by September 11, 2024 at 2:00 pm EST. All bids submitted after 2:00 pm EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This solicitation of offers is for the requirement of "as and when requested” social and support services, to effectively support the asylum claimant/humanitarian arrivals to Canada. The services are required by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and could include site management and coordination, basic medical and health services and logistical and social supports prior to asylum claimant/humanitarian arrivals moving into Canadian communities. The period of the contract will be from contract award to March 31, 2025 inclusive, with the irrevocable option to extend the contract by three additional 4-month periods. Delivery points and full requirement details are included in Annex Statement of Work, section 4 Tasks and Scope of Work.
