Baker Water Treatment Plant CIP Piping Replacement

The Irvine Ranch Water District is soliciting bids for Project No. 13200, the Baker Water Treatment Plant CIP Piping Replacement located in Lake Forest, California. The scope of work involves comprehensive demolition and installation tasks within the Chemical Building, including the removal of existing floor slabs, walls, and CIP piping, and the excavation and installation of a new CIP concrete containment trench. The contractor is responsible for installing new CIP piping and supports, modifying air release valve discharge piping, and applying high-performance coatings to the new trench and piping, as well as performing touch-up coating on potable water system piping for eyewash stations.
