Elastic bandage, 6 inches by 5 yards, latex-free, sterile, and composed of cotton and plastic polyester, is being procured in packages of 20, with a total quantity of 10 packages required under solicitation SPE2DS-26-T-240R. The item must meet strict shelf-life requirements: a minimum shelf life of 36 months, with no more than five months elapsed between the manufacturer’s date and delivery to the government. All packages must be labeled with the date of manufacture, expiration or retest date, contract number, and lot number, in compliance with the latest Medical Marking Standard and MIL-STD-129 for all shipment and storage markings. The product must be delivered FOB destination to W8002S AWCF SSA, Building 2530, 2530 Taylor Street, Fort Bragg, NC 28310, within 20 days of order, with an estimated delivery date of July 17, 2026. The government will inspect and accept the product at the destination, enforcing compliance through FAR 52.246-2 and DFARS clauses addressing potential safety issues, hazardous material identification, whistleblower rights, cyber incident disclosure limitations, and government control over work products. Contractors must maintain compliance with employment equity, trafficking in persons, and employment eligibility verification regulations, while also submitting proper Unique Entity ID and CAGE code information. Electronic invoicing via WAWF is mandatory, and all submissions must be made through the DLA Internet Bid Board System by the July 22, 2026 deadline.
