(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number 15B10126Q00000021 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for the supply and installation of a M4 BioCoTech in-vessel composting system, or approved equivalent, to divert waste, shredded paper, lawn clippings, and fall leaves from landfills.

Manufacturers’ recommendations will be required to be implemented.

The contractor (& any subcontractors, if applicable) must be reputable, holding valid and current contracting licenses, if applicable. Evaluation Criteria: The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract.
