Packaging must follow MIL-STD-2073-1E with preservation per ASTM B660 and palletization per DLA’s RP001 requirements. The quantity is 204 linear feet with a 10% variance allowed, delivered FOB Origin to the DLA Distribution facility in New Cumberland, PA, within 153 days of order receipt. Transportation and delivery are governed by DLAD Procurement Notes C19 and C20, with inspection and acceptance occurring at the destination.
