This solicitation is advertised as a small business set-aside action. The proposed award will be made as lowest price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors. This combined synopsis/solicitation WILL be posted to BETASAM (https://www.sam.gov/ ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. The RFQ number is 69727619Q000018, PLEASE SUBMIT QUOTES ON THE ATTACHED SPREADSHEET. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The FAR clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses http://www.acquisition.gov/far/.
