The U.S. Special Operations Command plans to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to AAI Corporation, located in Hunt Valley, Maryland, for the repair of two Baringa 4C testers. This action is justified under the regulation that only one responsible source can fulfill the requirements, as the government does not possess the necessary specifications or drawings to open the contract to competitive bidding. The anticipated solicitation, identified by number H92241-15-T-0004, is estimated to occur around August 3, 2015. The contract effort falls under the North American Industry Classification System code 336413, which pertains to aerospace product and parts manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,000 employees. The contracting office is located at Fort Eustis, Virginia, and interested parties or those seeking additional information can contact Contract Specialist Latisha S.
