This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes on RFQ number 12046W18Q0004. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Woman Owned set-aside with an associated NAICS code of 561720 and small business size standard of $18 million. This requirement is to provide Janitorial Services for the Mt. Hood National Forest, Barlow Ranger District Office located at 780 NE Court St Dufur, OR 97021.
