BARRACKS RD. SOUNDWALL REPAIR

The Virginia Public Works Engineering department is seeking bids under solicitation RFQ 27-09 for the Barracks Road Soundwall Repair project. This contract addresses significant structural damage caused by a dump truck collision in late spring 2025, which impacted Soundwall C at the Route 250 on-ramp. The scope of work includes repairing the front and back H-Piles and replacing soundwall panels on both sides to eliminate a hole and remove crumbling debris that currently poses a public safety risk.
