The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation Environmental Trust Department is soliciting bids for the Owhi Flats 2026 project, a firm fixed price construction contract focused on watershed restoration within the Little Nespelem WMU. The primary objectives are to improve water quality, enhance riparian habitats, promote natural water flow, and reduce the impact of open-road density on wildlife.
