This Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) is issued on a sole-source basis in order to provide sustainment support for the Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) United States (US) and United Kingdom (UK) TRIDENT II Strategic Weapons System (SWS) SSBN Fire Control Subsystem (FCS), the US SWS SSGN Attack Weapon Control System (AWCS), and the US SSBN-Replacement and UK SSBN-Successor Programs. Efforts related to this agreement are inextricably linked to SSP contract N00030-10-C-0005. The effective date of this agreement is from December 1, 2010 through October 21, 2013. The total Not to Exceed (NTE) amount of this BOA is $49,000,000, of which, no individual Order shall exceed $5,000,000. Interest in subcontracting opportunities should be sent directly to: General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems (GDAIS) 100 Plastics Avenue Pittsfield, MA 01201 In addition and in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.305, this notice makes available the subject SSP Class Justification and Approval for Other than Full and Open Competition (CJ&A) 15,562.
