In accordance with FAR 5.2, this is a notification of a proposed sole-source contract action to Trailblazer for Basic Vehicle/Boat Tracker Support for Satellite Blue Force. The US Coast Guard, C5I Service Center, Intends to solicit and award on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) to Trailblazer, 4200 Lafayette Center Drive, STE O, Chantilly, Virginia, 20151-1241. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) - only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Trailblazer is the source capable of providing the required Basic Vehicle/Boat Tracker Support for Satellite Blue Force. The equipment being purchased is used to support Satellite Blue Force Tracker (SBFT). This software is proprietary and there is only one authorized retailer -Trailblazer.
