An organized site visit has been set for 27 April at 10:00 AM CDT. In order to gain access to the base to attend the site visit you must have a valid driver's license/identification card, valid registration for any vehicle you will be operating, and proof of insurance. Additional details regarding the pre-bid site visit are located in Section L.
NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
***Award of the base bid (CLIN 0001) and bid option (CLIN 0002) will be made on an all, some, or none basis, determined by the amount of available funding at the time of award. If only the base bid (CLIN 0001) is award, the contract period of performance will be 90 days. If the base bid (CLIN 0001) and bid option (CLIN 0002) are both awarded, the contract period of performance will be 120 days.
