Solicitation SPE7L7-26-Q-2527 is a firm-fixed-price request for quotations issued by the Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime for the procurement of non-rechargeable batteries. The requirement consists of two line items for NSN 6135-01-604-8739, manufactured by Pivotal Power Inc (CAGE 38370, P/N 902147-1), with a total quantity of four units. Delivery is required within 60 days after receipt of order, with shipping destinations located at the Maizuru and Sasebo Repair and Supply Facilities in Japan. The items are classified as Type I with a non-extendable shelf life of 12 months. The contract mandates strict adherence to quality and safety standards, including MIL-STD-2073-1E for packaging, MIL-STD-129 for marking, and RP001 for palletization. Because the items are hazardous materials, compliance with IP025 and FED STD 313D is required, and vendors must provide a HAZDEC form and Material Safety Data Sheets. Inspection and acceptance will occur at the origin, utilizing zero-based sampling plans such as MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331. Award will be based on the best value to the government, evaluating price, offered delivery, and past performance. Invoicing must be processed electronically through the Wide Area WorkFlow system.
