Interested vendors must respond by the deadline of August 10, 2026, and are required to execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for Government Protected Information to gain access to the Technical Data Package (TDP), which includes critical specifications such as SPI Number 13022799, Revision B, and detailed packaging, preservation, and marking requirements aligned with MIL-STD-2073-1, MIL-STD-129, and MIL-STD-130. Compliance with Unique Item Identification (UII) using 2D barcodes, passive RFID tagging if applicable, and proper handling of hazardous materials under IATA, IMDG, and CFR regulations is mandatory, along with the use of certified non-manufactured wood packaging treated to 56°C for a minimum of 30 minutes. Delivery must meet FOB Origin or Destination terms, with a First Article Test (FAT) required for the initial unit and a 79-day delivery timeline, while the base quantity of 80 units is due 143 days post-award and an option quantity of 8
