Solicitation W912PB27QA002 is a non-personal services contract for the Department of Defense to provide vegetation control and inspection services for railroad infrastructure and facilities supporting U.S. Army Garrison Ansbach. The scope of work focuses on Katterbach Kaserne and Storck Barracks in Illesheim, involving the inspection and measurement of turnouts, interlocking devices, railroad crossings, and culverts, as well as comprehensive rail infrastructure walks and vegetation control for rail tracks, crossings, and daylight profiles. The contract is structured with a base period from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2027, followed by four one-year option periods extending through December 31, 2031.
