Sampling and inspection follow MIL-STD-1916 or comparable zero-based methods, with critical, major, and minor attributes assigned verification levels VII, IV, and II respectively, and acceptance requires zero non-conformances unless otherwise contractually modified. All technical and quality requirements referenced in this contract are governed by the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, with the applicable revision determined by the solicitation or award date depending on acquisition size. The battery must be equipped with F1 quick disconnect tabs measuring 0.187" x 0.032" compatible with AMP INC. FASTON “187” Series. Shipment must be transported via traceable freight methods, explicitly prohibiting parcel post, and directed to the Carrier Outfitting Material Support Center in Suffolk, Virginia. The item is designated for government use only, with an assigned delivery requirement of August 7, 2026, and the contract is issued under the Defense Logistics Agency’s procurement framework, utilizing the DoD-authorized unit of issue.
