Solicitation SPE7L7-26-T-5060 is a fixed-price request for quotations issued by DLA Land and Maritime for the procurement of 10 storage batteries, identified by NSN 6140016289869. The batteries are specified as sealed lead acid chemistry with a non-extendable shelf life of 12 months. The contract requires delivery to Camp Humphreys in Pyeongtaek, South Korea, with a delivery window of 20 days after award and an original required delivery date of August 24, 2026. Inspection and acceptance will occur at the destination. The contractor must adhere to strict quality and packaging standards, including MIL-STD-129P, MIL-STD-130N, and DLA packaging requirement RP001. Because the items are hazardous materials, the contractor must provide Material Safety Data Sheets per FED-STD-313 and ensure labeling complies with the Hazard Communication Standard. Quality assurance will be managed through sampling methods such as MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331. Additionally, the procurement is subject to the Buy American Act, DFARS domestic material restrictions, and cybersecurity requirements for safeguarding covered defense information.
