Battlefield Operations Support System (BOSS) Software Upgrade

COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION HQ Air Combat Command Acquisition Integration and Management Center at Langley AFB intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a sole-source basis to Tactical Communications Group, LLC for the purchase of Battlefield Operations Support System (BOSS) software upgrade as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 2 July 2010 (See Attachment 1). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items issued as a request for proposal (RFP) and is prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document, incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-44 Effective 16 July 2010. Prospective offerors must be CCR registered and must complete the ORCA on-line representation or provide a copy of their representation and certification as required by FAR Clause 52.212-3. The NAICS Code is 541512; size standard is $25 Million. The solicitation number is BOSSSupportA900. 1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES REQUIRED: The required services are listed in the attached PWS dated 2 July 2010 (See Attachment 1). 2. DELIVERY: Place of Delivery will be 82 CSS, Langley AFB. Acceptance (FOB: Destination) will be conducted by 82 CSS. Delivery to be 270 days ARO. 3.
