The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to select one (1) qualified Proponent to enter into a contract with B.C. Pavilion Corporation (“PavCo”) to serve as the BC Place Pitch Manager on a fixed-term basis. The Contractor will act as head groundskeeper at BC Place Stadium, with overall responsibility for the management, preparation, and performance of the hybrid grass pitch throughout the pre-tournament and tournament phases.Key Responsibilities are detailed in Section 1 and Appendix D of this RFP.
