Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing Conducting Procurement Unit: Division of Wildlife Resources
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: Aerial wheat straw mulching and seeding on 4 areas totaling 560 acres of Pine Valley area of Washington County, Utah. Project must be completed no later than November 1st, 2026, but it is preferred that the project be completed as soon as reasonably possible. Mandatory Site Visit: A site visit will NOT be held prior to bidding. It is strongly recommended that each potential bidder inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Length of Contract: From time of award until November 1st, 2026. This is a No-Later-Than completion date, and it is preferred the project be completed as soon as possible.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for the duration of the contract.
