Full Description
THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR SOLICITATION AND IS CURRENTLY UNFUNDED.
1. This notice is prepared IAW RFO FAR 5.101 and 12.201-1.
2. Description of the Requirement: The Government has a requirement to replace the Beale AFB oval running track surface to a safe, compliant, and fully operational condition. This project will ensure the facility meets all necessary standards to support the physical readiness, training, and official fitness assessments (PFRA) of assigned personnel.
The scope of work requires the contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, materials, management, and supervision necessary to perform a complete rubberized surface removal and resurfacing. Key tasks include, but are not limited to:

Demolition & Disposal: Full removal and off-base disposal of the existing track surface down to the asphalt/concrete substrate.

Track Installation: Installation of a new, 13mm (1/2”) full-pour polyurethane synthetic track surface (TUFLITE or equal) in the color RED.

Transition Strip: Installation of a flush, paved transition strip (minimum 18 inches wide) between the outside edge of the track and the surrounding area.
