Any manufacturer, other than Sikorsky Aircraft Corp (CAGE: 78286), Dover Engineered System (CAGE: 97613), wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR). This solicitation will result in an IDPO with a three year base period and one two year option period with a minimum quantity of 742 each and an estimated annual quantity of 2778 each. The required delivery schedule is 300 days ARO, FOB destination. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
