BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The scope of work includes but is not limited to improving the overall work environment at the facility and improvements to several infrastructure and building systems. Fire alarm and HVAC and boiler system improvements should be made throughout the main garage and office. Toilet rooms and work area should also be renovated. Toilet rooms should be reconfigured as required for ADA compliance.
