NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Marine Corps Field Contracting System, Marine Corps Installations East, Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Duffield Aquatics Inc, 113 Metro Drive, Anderson, SC 29625. Exclusive Licensing Agreements. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement. This requirement is for a direct replacement part for the BECS water control system that is currently in place at multiple pool facilities aboard Camp Lejeune, NC. The proposed delivery date is 18 July 2018 Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement.
