This is a SOLICITATION NOTICE for the upcoming Solicitation 75H701-26-R-00022 Heat Exchanger Replacement & Boiler System Repairs in Belcourt, ND, Rolette County, a construction project prepared in accordance with FAR Part 36. These construction services are in support of the Indian Health Service (IHS).
SCOPE OF WORK:
The project defined within this scope of work will cover the following: replacement of the hospital’s two domestic water heating systems; replacement of boiler system isolation valves; replacement of boiler pump’s triple duty valves, pressure gauges, thermometers, etc; laser align and grout in pumps; replace gate valves and site glasses on boiler expansion tanks; replace boiler and breaching flue gaskets; replace boiler burners; and upgrade and replace controls on boiler room make up air unit and exhaust fan. The new hot water heating systems shall be designed and sized by a mechanical engineer licensed in the state of North Dakota.

This solicitation will be procured as a Request for Proposal (RFP) in accordance with FAR Part 36 procedures with Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria.
This project will be solicited as 100% set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) pursuant to the Buy Indian Act under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction.
