The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor and materials for clearing and grubbing the project area, cleanout and/or excavation of approximately 6.3 miles of lateral ditch work; construction of approximately 5.3 miles of landside berm; temporarily removing and stockpiling approximately 285 acres of agricultural top soil, precision land leveling the fields, and redistributing the stockpiled soil after leveling; abatement and demolition of multiple structures and culverts; installation of multiple culverts on county and state roads. This includes any incidental related work according to the specifications and plans. The project limits are between levee baseline stations 21/48+00 and 26/52+99.79. This project is being advertised as a Small Business Set-Aside procurement utilizing sealed bid procedures. The work shall be located in Dunklin County, Missouri. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this requirement is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction.
