This contract involves the procurement of two units of the Bianchi Model 7200 individual equipment belts, designed with ballistic weave fabric, foam padding, and a stiffener, sized XX-Large to fit waists of 54" to 58", and colored black. The contract specifies adherence to various technical and quality requirements as outlined by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), including packaging, barcoding, and cybersecurity measures. Each belt must be individually barcoded with a 13-digit National Stock Number and a 12-digit government-assigned Universal Product Code, ensuring barcode visibility and legibility without damaging the product. Packaging must comply with DLA standards, ASTM D3951, and MIL-STD-129, with additional provisions related to hazardous materials packaging if applicable. The contract, identified by solicitation number SPE1C1-26-T-0854, sets a delivery requirement of 20 days to a destination in Norfolk, Virginia, where the items will be inspected and accepted. Shipment must be made by the fastest traceable means, excluding parcel post, and follow specific freight and postal address instructions.
