NOTICE TO RECEIVE SEALED BIDS BID #2526-23   The Gulf County Board of County Commissioners will receive sealed bids from any qualified person, company or corporation interested in providing materials for the:   SALINAS PARK PICKLEBALL COURT CRACK REPAIR   This project includes repairing cracks and resurfacing of the two (2) original pickleball courts at Salinas Park in Gulf County, FL.   Completion date for this project will be 30 days from the date of the Notice to Proceed presented to the successful bidder. Liquidated damages for failure to complete the project on the specified date will be set at $250.00 per day.   Please place YOUR COMPANY NAME, SEALED BID, and the BID NUMBER on the outside of your envelope and include the original bid plus 2 copies.   Bids will be received until 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time on July 22, 2026 at the Gulf County Clerk’s Office, 1000 Cecil G. Costin Sr. Blvd, Room 149, Port St. Joe, Florida 32456, and will be opened and read aloud at a public meeting held in the Donald H. Butler Commission Chamber in the Robert M. Moore Administration Building, Gulf County Courthouse Complex, Port St. Joe, Florida on July 23, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.   Requests may be submitted electronically through the County’s online bidding platform at https://www.centralauctionhouse.com/SignIn?redirect=/Category/10885/GulfCounty.
