Completion date for this project will be 30 days from the date of the Notice to Proceed presented to the successful bidder. Liquidated damages for failure to complete the project on the specified date will be set at $250.00 per day. Please place YOUR COMPANY NAME, SEALED BID, and the BID NUMBER on the outside of your envelope and include the original bid plus 2 copies. Bids will be received until 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time on July 22, 2026 at the Gulf County Clerk’s Office, 1000 Cecil G.
