Liquidated damages for failure to complete the project on the specified date will be set at $1,685.00 per day. Please place YOUR COMPANY NAME, SEALED BID, and the BID NUMBER on the outside of your envelope and include the original bid plus 2 copies. Bids will be received until 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time on September 15, 2026 at the Gulf County Clerk’s Office, 1000 Cecil G. Costin Sr. Blvd, Room 149, Port St. Joe, Florida 32456, and will be opened and read aloud at a public meeting held in the Donald H. Butler Commission Chamber in the Robert M.
