The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, is seeking information from qualified and interested small business firms for market research purposes regarding the requirement to replace the approximately 214,637 square foot roofing system on Building 1 at the Miami VA Healthcare System, located at 1201 NW 16th Street, Miami, FL 33125, in accordance with VA design drawings, specifications, and the Statement of Work, including phased construction, crane operations, demolition of the existing roofing system, installation of a new roofing system, reinstallation of photovoltaic panels, replacement of the Lightning Protection System, manufacturer inspections, certifications, and all associated work necessary to ensure minimal disruption to hospital operations. The applicable NAICS code is 238160 (Roofing Contractors), small business size standard $19M. Responses to this Sources Sought shall include: Company Name; Address; Point of Contact; Phone Number; Email Address; Unique Entity ID; CAGE Code; and Tax ID Number.
