NOTICE TO BIDDERS     Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Supervisors of DeSoto County, Mississippi, until 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 21, 2026, at the Office of Procurement, 365 Losher Street, Suite 320, Hernando, Mississippi, for the annual bid for securing Poly pipe for the DeSoto County Department of Road Management under the jurisdiction of the Board of Supervisors at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.   The bid period is one year beginning October 1, 2026 with the option to renew for an additional one year upon agreement of the parties.   BID FILE NO: 27-300-002      Annual Bid for Polypropylene Pipe   Specifications are on file in the Office of Procurement, DeSoto County Administration Building, 365 Losher Street, Suite 320, Hernando, Mississippi, during normal business hours. Information concerning this bid can also be found on the Procurement Page @desotocountyms.gov at no cost or from Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com for a fee. All bids must comply with the specifications provided.
