The San Gabriel & Lower Los Angeles Rivers and Mountains Conservancy (RMC) is requesting proposals for independent appraisal review services for an appraisal of approximately 5.52 acres of undeveloped, open space land referred to as the 3916-4201 Amebco property in the City of Long Beach, County of Los Angeles. The independent review must be performed by a State of California Certified Real Estate Appraiser, did not conduct the appraisal under review, and has no financial interest in the proposed project. The independent review must include a field inspection of the subject property, conform to the Uniform Appraisal Standards of Federal Land Acquisition (UASFLA) and the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) currently adopted by the Appraisal Standards Board of the Appraisal Foundation.
