AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the SAP Business Network posting response closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. Unless specified otherwise in the tender opportunity, all required supporting documentation and responses must be submitted by May 13, 2024 at of 14:00 EDT. All responses submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the submission being declared non-responsive. This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) for a Case Management Platform (CMP) in support of its Digital Platform Modernization (DPM) Programme. Participation in this bid solicitation is limited to Qualified Supplier Partnerships (QSPs) that remain qualified under ITQ#B9220-220012 and the bid solicitation documents will only be shared with these QSPs. PWGSC is seeking to award up to three separate Contracts; one Contract to a CTV who will provide, operate and maintain a secure Service; one task based Contract to a Prime SI to configure and implement the CMP into production; and one Contract to an ATV who will provide an Enterprise Data Platform (EDP). ATTENTION: The Request For Proposal closing date has been extended to May 13 2024, at 2:00PM EDT. Further time extension request will not be granted. All enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority via e-mail to SPAC.PAMPNPECPGC-APDPMCXPCMP.PSPC@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca, by no later than April 30th, 2024. Enquiries received after that date will not be answered.
