The project involves the complete demolition and removal of the existing wood-framed pump station structure, including all wood and roof framing, and portions of the foundation. The work includes the construction of new reinforced concrete masonry unit (CMU) walls, a new fire-resistant metal roof structure, and a new perimeter grade beam. Existing equipment must remain in place and operational throughout construction. The Contractor is responsible for protecting all existing equipment from damage.
