Marine Corps Installations East intends to procure Big Top Shelters outlined below, on a sole source basis from Big Top Manufacturing, LLC. in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul Part 5.301.



The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 314910 with 500 emp. size standard.



Usage of a less capable provider in place of Big Top Manufacturing, LLC. would result in significant negative operational impacts to MCAS Beaufort. There is a exisiting shelter that requires side panel sets, hot dip galvanization and additional resources.
