The requirement is to provide a preventive maintenance (PM) full on-site complete support plan for the Bio-Plex 200 Array Reader (SN: LX10015293401 / ECN: 099987), XY Platform (SN: LXY15310602 / ECN: 099988), and HTF System (SN: LXSD15303001 / ECN: 099990) located at NAMRU-SA for a 12-month base year and two 12-month option years for a total of 36 months. This plan shall include unlimited on-site service repair visits, comprehensive and all-inclusive parts, labor, and travel expenses, highest servicing dispatching priority during the service agreement coverage period, and one PM visit per year.
