Biomedical Destruction Services

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Procurement and Contracting Services, is seeking competitive bids to establish an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for biomedical destruction services on behalf of the Department of State Health Services. Contractors must have at least one year of relevant experience and ensure all personnel are at least 18 years old, fully trained, and equipped to perform the work. Submission of current training certificates and three verifiable references within the past two years is mandatory. Pricing must be submitted via Exhibit C with no more than a 10% markup on costs, and all invoices must align with service tickets and be submitted monthly. Insurance requirements include $1 million in errors and omissions coverage and $1 million in umbrella liability with drop-down coverage. Bidders must hold a current Unique Entity Identifier from SAM.gov and complete Exhibit A affirmations, including disclosures for any legal actions, boycott participation, abortion-related activities, criminal convictions, or public information exemptions.
