The base period of performance runs from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with an optional one-year service plan available for the reader and droplet generator, contingent on funding availability. Contractor compliance with extensive federal and departmental regulations is mandatory, including adherence to FAR and HHSAR clauses covering procurement integrity, anti-lobbying, equal opportunity, child labor prohibitions, trafficking in persons, Buy American restrictions, electronic funds transfer, and accessibility of electronic and information technology under Section 508 and WCAG 2.0 A and AA standards.
