Requirement: This requirement is to procure 244 Bipod Systems to be delivered to Montreal, Quebec. Options: The Contracting Authority may exercise the option quantities within 36 months after contract award date by sending a written notice to the Contractor. Specification: The requirement is detailed at the Annex B- Technical Purchase Description. Enquiries - Bid Solicitation: All enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority no later than ten (10) calendar days before the bid closing date. Enquiries received after that time may not be answered. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
