Black Hills VAHCS Ophthalmology Stretcher Chairs

The Department of Veterans Affairs, through Network Contracting Office 23, is soliciting bids for Ophthalmic Stretcher Procedure Chairs and associated accessories under solicitation number 36C26326Q0759, a total set-aside exclusively for certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The requirement is for seven line items including four reclining ophthalmic surgical chairs with a 500-pound weight capacity and a height range of 20 to 40 inches, each equipped with 120V power, a base, an O2 tank holder, and concave contoured head pads in three sizes totaling eight pads (two each of 4”, 4.5”, and 5”). Additional deliverables include four power cords and one installation service, all to be delivered to Fort Meade, South Dakota. The contract is subject to Buy American requirements, limitations on subcontracting, and compliance with multiple federal statutes including those addressing kickbacks, procurement integrity, and wage standards. Title transfers to the Government upon acceptance, risk of loss remains with the Contractor until delivery, and payment will be processed electronically via EFT after receipt and acceptance of supplies, in accordance with VAAR 852.232-72. The base period of performance runs from July 1, 2026, to September 29, 2026.
