This construction project includes all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, supervision and incidentals necessary for the replacement of the existing timber retaining wall with rock filled gabion wall at Black River Harbor Recreation Area. and other incidentals required to complete the project as shown in the Specifications and Drawings. Contract is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. The applicable NAICS code for this project is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, and the small business size standard is $36.5 million. The anticipated period of performance for the entire project is from August 1, 2015 to July 1, 2015 days. Work is anticipated to be stopped during winter, during which time days will not count against the performance period. NOTE: Prospective awardees must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be considered for award on a Federal Government Contract.
