The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District intend to issue an Invitation to Bid (IFB) solicitation and the resulting contract award will be a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract. The project is Construction, Operation and Maintenance FY15, Lower River Miles 195 to 98.6 and 98.6 to 0. The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, material, and equipment and performing all operations in connection with the repair of existing stone dike structures, the lowering of existing stone dike structures, the construction of rock revetments, notching/modifying existing rock dike structures and appurtenant work in accordance with the specifications and the applicable drawings provided. All work will be completed from river base operations within an active inland waterway. This requirement is a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The contract duration is 365 calendar days.
