The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Paul District, is planning to solicit for a project requiring the provision of all equipment, labor and materials required to install a new prefabricated, (4) room unisex, ADA accessible restroom and shower building with a minimum of 10,000-gallon capacity septic holding tank at the Corps of Engineers Blackhawk Park Upper Campground near De Soto, Wisconsin.
