This rquirement is for the disassebly, relocation, climate controlled storage, and reinstallation services for JBSA FSH Dormitory Bldg 3312. The Contractor shall provide all management, personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, logistics, materials, transportation, and climate-controlled storage facilities necessary to disassemble, clean, inventory, transport, store, and return/reinstall approximately 5,711 government-owned dormitory furniture located at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) – Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The Contractor shall accomplish all requirements in accordance with commercial standards, base operating procedures, and the measurable thresholds defined herein.
