Full Description
This is a design-build (DSN/CSN) project to remove the existing roof on Bldg. 882 and replace it with a new EPDM roof. The assigned NAICS code for this requirement is 238160 with a small business size standard of $19,000,000.00. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Project Site Visit: A site visit will be held on 09 June 2026 at 1:30 pm MDT and will be located at 7809 Goddard Drive, Bldg. 882, Malmstrom AFB, MT, 59402. All interested parties must be able to access a federal installation in order to attend the site visit. If you do not currently have the ability to access to a federal installation, please fill out, sign, and submit a Contractor Entry Authorization List (CEAL) to the contracting personnel identified in Box 7 no later than 03 June 2026.
