Blood Donor Testing Services

The Defense Health Agency has awarded contract HT940626PE177 for blood donor testing services to support the Kendrick Memorial Blood Center at Eisenhower Army Medical Center located in Fort Gordon, Georgia. This Women-Owned Small Business set-aside agreement focuses on providing off-site infectious disease screening and blood bank reference laboratory testing, including standard test panels, NAT panels, and confirmatory testing for whole blood, specifically covering ABO/Rh, HIV, HCV, and HBV. All services must be performed in strict compliance with FDA, CLIA, and AABB standards. The contract became effective on October 1, 2026, and follows a performance structure consisting of a 12-month base period followed by four 12-month option periods, with the possibility of an additional 6-month extension.
