This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary Far Overhaul (RFO) Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number FA452826QPKB8 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for event planning services. The 5th Maintenance Group (5 MXG) True North Chaplain has a requirement for a contractor to facilitate events for a Single Airmen & Family Retreat at the Great Wolf Lodge in Bloomington MN September 24-27, 2026, in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).

This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Size Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this requirement is 561920.
