The U.S. Consulate General Hong Kong and Macau has arequirement for elevator maintenace services at 26 Garden Road, Hong Kong. The anticipated performance is for a baseperiod of twelve months and four one-year periods at the option of the Government.  The Governmentmay award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The Government is planning to conduct a site visit at 26 Garden Road, Hong Kong.  Please refer to the cover letter and solicitation for the site visit date and time.
