The anticipated performance is for a baseperiod of twelve months and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. The Governmentmay award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government is planning to conduct a site visit at 26 Garden Road, Hong Kong. Please refer to the cover letter and solicitation for the site visit date and time.
