This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the number is RFQP020704-009-15. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-81 (Apr. 10, 2015). The North American Industry Classification Code is 334513. This requirement is set aside for small business concerns. The size standard is 500 employees. The U.S. Penitentiary in Lewisburg intends to enter into a firm-fixed price contract(s) for the following commercial items: Schedule: Supply and install micro modulating controller for a HP Burnham Gas Fired Boiler as per the attached statement of work. Solicitation Provisions: 52.252-1, Solicitation Provisions Incorporated by Reference (FEB 1998) This solicitation incorporates one or more solicitation provisions by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text.
